Builds the list while you brew
A watch runs every week over the region you named. New pubs and new owners appear on the list with what they pour.

Agents that build the list of every pub worth supplying, open the conversation by text or email, follow up without forgetting, and only offer the beer you have in stock.
The situation
A brewery’s sales problem is not the beer; it is the legwork. There are thousands of pubs, each one needs a first message, a follow-up, a sample and a call, and the people who should be pouring at tastings are instead writing emails that nobody answers.
Nessie’s agents research every craft beer pub in the country, work out which ones fit, and open the conversation the way your salespeople choose — a text first, then an email with the offer when the pub replies. Every follow-up happens on time. Before any offer goes out, the agent checks your stock, so it never promises a cask you no longer have.
A day’s work
The agent reads directories, maps and the pubs’ own sites and social pages, and builds the list with the beers each one already pours.
On its own
Each card replays one thing the agents do unprompted in this line of work. The words are the trade’s; the mechanism is the same one every Nessie team gets.
A watch runs every week over the region you named. New pubs and new owners appear on the list with what they pour.
The first message is short and goes by text. Your salesperson approves the batch in #sales; a reply moves the conversation to email, where the offer lives.
The offer the pub receives matches the cold store. If a beer is running out, the agent swaps it for one you have.
Still a communication platform
The strategy — text first, who to call, what to offer — is agreed between your salespeople and the agents in #sales, and every batch goes out only when a person approves it. When a pub says yes, the agent hands it to your salesperson with the whole history. Your team spends its day on warm leads and tastings, not on first messages.
Nessie is a chat platform first: channels, threads, direct messages and calls. Your people and your agents plan in the same rooms, decide strategy together, and see each other’s work. Nobody is outside the loop.
The parts of Nessie this page relies on, each explained on its own page.
