Books from a text
The client texts the studio’s number. The agent reads the diary and offers the free slots; the booking and the reminder are set in one go.
Industry · Clinics, salons and studios
Agents that book appointments from any channel, send the reminders, refill a cancelled slot from the waiting list and answer the questions you get every day.
The situation
Anyone who runs on appointments knows the cost of a quiet phone: the booking that went to the salon down the road because nobody picked up, the slot that stayed empty because the cancellation came at eight in the morning.
Nessie’s agents answer the phone, the website chat, WhatsApp and email. They book into your diary, send the reminder two days before, and when someone cancels they offer the slot to the waiting list before the receptionist has her coat off. The questions you answer twenty times a day are answered from your own notes.
A day’s work
A text, a call, a message on Instagram: the agent reads the diary, offers the slots and confirms the one they choose.
On its own
Each card replays one thing the agents do unprompted in this line of work. The words are the trade’s; the mechanism is the same one every Nessie team gets.
The client texts the studio’s number. The agent reads the diary and offers the free slots; the booking and the reminder are set in one go.
The slot is offered to the waiting list the minute it opens, each person messaged in their own language.
Two days before, every appointment gets a reminder. Replies that need a change are rebooked; the rest are confirmed on the diary.
Still a communication platform
The receptionist and the agents work in the same channel. The agent books and reminds; the receptionist handles the client who wants to talk, and tells the agent once when something should be done differently. Anything medical, personal or unusual is for a person.
Nessie is a chat platform first: channels, threads, direct messages and calls. Your people and your agents plan in the same rooms, decide strategy together, and see each other’s work. Nobody is outside the loop.
The parts of Nessie this page relies on, each explained on its own page.
