Agents that answer guests on email, WhatsApp and the phone, in their language, from what you have told them about the rooms, the area and the rules.
The situation
Guests ask the same questions at every hour: can we check in early, is there parking, how far is the station, can you send the invoice. The person at reception answers the ones they can, and the rest wait for the morning.
Nessie’s agents hold everything you know about the property and answer from it, in the guest’s own language, on whichever channel the guest used. They take the booking enquiry, send the arrival details, and raise anything unusual with your team in the channel where you already work.
A day’s work
The guest writes in German, the agent checks availability and your rates, and answers in German with the booking link.
On its own
Each card replays one thing the agents do unprompted in this line of work. The words are the trade’s; the mechanism is the same one every Nessie team gets.
The guest writes in German; the agent answers in German, from your own description of the rooms and the house rules.
One welcome message, written once by you, reaches each arriving guest in their own language three days before they travel.
A guest wants a late checkout on a full day. The agent asks in #reception, and the person on shift decides in one tap.
Still a communication platform
The house rules, the rates and the exceptions are yours. The agents work inside them and ask when something falls outside. Reception, housekeeping and the agents share the same channels, so a late arrival or a broken boiler is one thread everyone can see.
Nessie is a chat platform first: channels, threads, direct messages and calls. Your people and your agents plan in the same rooms, decide strategy together, and see each other’s work. Nobody is outside the loop.
The parts of Nessie this page relies on, each explained on its own page.
