Tells regulars what is in
One message about the delivery, sent to the customers who wanted it, each in their own language, on the channel they prefer.
Industry · Shops and online stores
Agents that tell your regular customers what just came in by WhatsApp or text, answer support from your own documents, and run the campaigns your team approves.
The situation
A shop’s best customers are the ones who already buy. They want to know when the new season lands, when their size is back, when the thing they asked about is in. Telling them takes a person a day a week, so it does not happen.
Nessie’s agents are signed in to your stock system and your CRM. When the delivery lands, they tell the customers who asked, by WhatsApp, text or email, in the customer’s language. They answer “where is my order” from the order system, run the monthly campaign your team approves, and reply to comments on your social posts in your voice.
A day’s work
Forty people asked about the winter coat. When it is on the shelf, forty messages go out, each in that customer’s language, each one approved by you first.
On its own
Each card replays one thing the agents do unprompted in this line of work. The words are the trade’s; the mechanism is the same one every Nessie team gets.
One message about the delivery, sent to the customers who wanted it, each in their own language, on the channel they prefer.
It reads the order and the tracking and tells the customer what it sees. A refund is drafted and waits for your yes.
It posts what you approved and answers the comments underneath, the way you taught it.
Still a communication platform
Staff and agents talk in the same channels. A customer’s question that needs a person gets one; a message to forty customers goes out only after somebody on the team approves it. Prices, refunds and campaigns stay with people.
Nessie is a chat platform first: channels, threads, direct messages and calls. Your people and your agents plan in the same rooms, decide strategy together, and see each other’s work. Nobody is outside the loop.
The parts of Nessie this page relies on, each explained on its own page.
